How to create a new Event:

•  Step 1: Select Events > Add New Event
• Step 2: Add event details(Date,Time, Location, Venue, Host) 
• Step 3: Upload image to GL website Flickr Page where all images are being stored. Using the embed code, grab the image url address. Click here for video tutorial.
• Step 4: All events should have Feature image url provided. If a thumbnail image is not provided, use this one as the default: https://mwphglofmo.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/07/event-image.jpg
• Step 5: Publish event.

Tips for creating events:

• Event Thumbnail images should be exactly 389px (width) by 180px (height).
